A wonderfully simple Microwavable Treacle Sponge recipe which is the perfect dessert for a Sunday roast. Ready to eat in only 20 minutes.

Microwavable Treacle Sponge Recipe

Mix together the eggs, flour, sugar, butter and milk.

Grease a large pudding basin or four individual size pudding basins. Pour golden syrup into the bottom of the pudding basin(s).

Pour the cake mix on top. Cover with cling and pierce a few times. Microwave for 5 minutes.

Leave for 5 minutes before serving with custard.
