This granola is a taste sensation. It's golden crunch is flavoured with coconut, seeds and nuts for an energy punch. Make ahead of time and store in an airtight container for a breakfast on the go.
Pre heat Oven to 150ºC and line a baking tray with baking paper.
Add all the dry ingredients to a large mixing bowl and combine.
Add the coconut oil and honey, stir through, coating all the mixture.
Spread the mixture onto a baking tray and bake for approx. 30 minutes until golden.
Split into 8 equal portions. Store the portions you're not ready to eat in an airtight container.
