This homemade granola parfait is a breeze to make. The granola mixture can be stored in an air tight container until you decide to make it up. A portion of this is the perfect way to start your day. 

Method

  1. Mix Oats, seeds, Truvia and nuts in a large bowl. Mix together the wet ingredients until combined. Pour over Oat mixture and stir.

  2. Pour onto a lined baking sheet and spread into an even layer. Bake at 160oC for about 15 minutes, then stir and bake for a further 15 minutes until golden brown.

  3. Leave to cool, store in an airtight container.

  4. When ready to assemble, place half the yogurt at the bottom of the glass, add a layer of granola then a layer of fruit, and repeat. Enjoy!
