About the bake

This delicious Strawberry & Raspberry Chia Jam is super quick and easy to make, and you don't need any special equipment. It's delicious spread on homemade toast or popped in your overnight oats.

  1. Step 1:

    Prepare the strawberries and raspberries and place into a large heavy based pan.

  2. Step 2:

    Add the maple syrup and cook on a medium heat until the fruit starts to break down.

  3. Step 3:

    Once the fruit has broken down, bring to the boil and then simmer the jam for 5 minutes.

  4. Step 4:

    Stir in the chia seeds and simmer for another 5 minutes.

  5. Step 5:

    Take the Jam off the heat and stir well.

    Place into sterilised jars and keep in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.




  • For The Jam

    • 400g Strawberries (tops removed)
    • 150g Raspberries
    • 2 tbsp Chia seeds
    • 1 tbsp Maple syrup
