Who wouldn’t love the gift of freshly cooked brownies? Simply layer the jar up as per the recipe, and finish with a ribbon and these downloadable PDF instructions; for an easy but thoughtful gift idea. Perfect for Christmas or any other occasion throughout the year.

Method

  1. Into a 1 litre glass jar, layer the flour (Make sure you press down each layer as you go to avoid the ingredients mixing) then cocoa powder, white caster sugar, light muscovado and then chocolate chips.

    • 40g Plain Flour
    • 60g Cocoa Powder
    • 200g White Caster Sugar
    • 300g Light Muscovado Sugar (We like Billington's)
    • 250g Dark Chocolate Chips
  2. Print off the PDF instructions and attach to the jar. Finish off with a bow.
