Method
Step 1:
Line a 20cm square tin with baking parchment.
Step 2:
Put the butter in a large pan and melt over a low heat. Add the chocolate and golden syrup and allow to melt for a couple of minutes while stirring.
Step 3:
Take the pan off the heat and stir in the digestive biscuits and Maltesers until evenly mixed. Tip the mixture into the prepared tin and flatten the top down as smoothly as possible with the back of a spoon.
Step 4:
Cover and place in the fridge for a couple of hours until it hardens.
When ready, remove from the tin and cut into 16 squares.

Recipe Reviews
Soo good! Going to make again. Simply delicious!
Easy to make
Really good, I used dairy milk chocolate and real butter. I also put a thin layer of chocolate over the top. Helped it stay together.
You need to bash the biscuits hard with a rolling pin so it doesn't go crumbly.
You probably need marshmallows to make it softer.
It's good for sharing.
Don't eat too much else you will be sick or go hyper.
It is great with dark chocolate but everytime I try milk chocolate it splits and goes grainy.
it wasgreat but do not use margirine
