About the bake
We all love a yummy brownie, but sometimes it is fun to mix things up a little and add a twist to our favourite recipes. This brownie not only includes soft and squidgy marshmallows but also Fruit Bowl yoghurt raisins, so that practically makes this one of your five a day, right?! Kids will love helping to make these brownies as much as munching the end result. They are perfect for back to school lunch boxes and for snacking during the school holidays.
Method
Step 1:
Preheat the oven to 160°C (140°C Fan /gas mark 3)
Step 2:
Melt the dark chocolate and butter on a low heat over pan of simmering water, stirring occassionally until the chocolate has melted.
Step 3:
Using a food mixer, whisk the eggs and sugar together until well combined.
Step 4:
Once the chocolate and butter has melted, leave to cool for 5 minutes and add to the egg mixture. Mix together until all of the ingredients are combined.
Step 5:
Sieve the flour and cocoa powder into the egg mixture.
Step 6:
Chop the white chocolate into small pieces and add to the mix along with the yogurt raisins and marshmallows.
Step 7:
Pour mixture into a tray lined with baking parchment.
Step 8:
Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean when inserted into the middle.
Step 9:
Once cooled cut into rectangle squares.
