Our Edible Cookie Dough recipe is a very simple thing to make. Once you make the dough the possibilities are endless, eat it with ice cream, sprinkle it with marshmallows or warm it up in the microwave for a few minutes. Make sure to heat treat your flour which will make it safe for raw consumption.

Method

  1. Use a mixer to beat together the butter and the sugar. If you don't have a mixer an ordinary hand whisk will work the same. 

  2. Add the vanilla extract and the heat treated flour. Mix together until the mixtures resembles breadcrumbs.

  3. Add in the chocolate chips and slowly stir in the milk until it forms a dough. Serve and enjoy! 

  4. For different flavours why not stir in peanut butter (We like Proper Nutty) or add sprinkles and marshmallows for a unicorn food inspired look. This dough is also delicious with caramel sauce and a sprinkle of sea salt.

    its not very nice cold so heat it in the microwave for 5 mins then its nice and warm perfect with melted marshmellows on top
