These gingerbread cupcakes really are an all-year crowd pleaser, whether it's with a cup of tea or sharing with loved ones at Christmas time. 
 
Topped with lashings of buttercream flavoured with Billington's light muscovado and cinnamon, and drizzled with sticky toffee sauce, what's not to love?

Gingerbread Cinnamon Cupcakes

Our Chocolate Apples recipe makes a great alternative to Toffee Apples and are probably kinder on little teeth. We've used nice sharp Granny Smith apples for our recipe as the sourness balances nicely with the sweet chocolate.
We've also used round lolly sticks rather than the traditional flat ones as they push into the apples easier without snapping. The decoration possibilities are endless, sprinkles, chocolate chips, honeycomb or even mini marshmallows, anything goes!

These are easy midweek baking, making good use of &nbsp;delicious eating apples. Add a pinch of black pepper for a more grown up flavour to tingle the palate.

Spiced Apple Muffins

Traditionally Churros are made by deep frying batter and coating the individual Churros in cinnamon flavoured sugar. Not everyone has a deep fat fryer (or wants to use one) so we put together this recipe for Baked Churros. We can all breathe a sign of relief, no extra oil added when it bakes in the oven. This classic Spanish sweet snack goes a long way to putting smiles on faces and even better, we've made a chocolate dipping sauce to go with them. We've included a simple step by step video above to run you through the steps. These baked churros are also good served with our own <a data-item-id="982ac7b6-4e43-5b7f-aa2a-7a97760f9248" href="">Marshmallow Fluff</a> recipe.

Our friend John Whaite was inspired by a trip to Stockholm when he created this cinnamon bun recipe. John shares with us that it’s important to include the cardamom as well as the cinnamon to get the authentic flavour. This recipe is very much like a warming cuddle in every mouthful. If you're after something carby and scrumptious, then put the kettle on, this is the perfect yummy recipe, just for you.
