About the bake
This delicious no churn mint chocolate chip ice cream recipe is so simple to make and you don't need an ice cream maker. To make adorable individual portions for your friends and family try freezing your ice cream in mini loaf tins.
Method
Step 1:
Whisk the double cream, condensed milk, peppermint extract and food colouring together until soft and fluffy.
Step 2:
Gently stir in the chocolate chips.
Step 3:
Spoon into an air tight container or loaf tin covered in cling film and freeze overnight.

- Green food colouring (a couple of drops)

Great!I loved it a lot.I hope others make it but why do you have to add green food coloring?I'm fine without it being green!!!!!!!
