These energy balls are make an ideal snack, especially for that mid-morning pick me up. So quick and simple!

Method

  1. Grind up cashews nuts in a food processor until a fine powder

  2. Add in all of the other ingredients and blitz until all incorporated. Mixture should feel wet and bind well.

  3. Roll into balls 12-18 (approx. 30g each)
