Method

  1. Step 1:

    Place all the above ingredients into the bread pan in the order listed above.

  2. Step 2:

    Set the bread maker to the gluten free setting with dark crust.

  3. Step 3:

    Remove the bread at the end of the bake cycle and allow to cool before slicing.

Ingredients

  • For the bread

    • 400ml Water
    • 1 tsp Cider Vinegar
    • 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
    • 2 Medium Eggs
    • 1 tsp Salt
    • 1 tsp Silver Spoon Caster Sugar
    • 500g Allinson's Buckwheat Flour Blend
    • 1/2 tsp Xanthum gum
    • 1 tsp Paprika
    • 1 1/2 tsp Allinson's Easy Bake Yeast
    • 50g Pitted Olives (chopped)
    • 100g Spicy Chorizo (cooked, diced)
