About the bake

This creamy cream cheese frosting is simple, delicious and the perfect way to top any cupcake or cake. The combination of the cream cheese and the Nielsen Massey vanilla really takes this cream cheese icing to a new level. This will be enough for one large cake or 24 cupcakes.

  1. Step 1:

    Put the cream cheese, butter, vanilla and golden icing sugar in a mixing bowl and slowly mix together until light and fluffy.  Place in a piping bag and ice accordingly.  


    • 200g Cream cheese
    • 100g Unsalted butter (softened)
    • 600g Silver Spoon Icing Sugar
    • 1 tbsp Nielsen-Massey Vanilla Extract
