Pancakes with banana, peanut butter and chocolate sauce

About the bake

Kids of all ages will love these pancakes filled with chunks of fresh banana, smooth Proper Nutty peanut butter and drizzled in yummy chocolate sauce. Quick and simple to make and delicious to devour.

Method

  1. Step 1:

    Whisk the flour, eggs and milk together to form a batter, whisking until there are no lumps. Leave to stand for about 30 minutes.

  2. Step 2:

    Lightly grease a frying pan with oil and heat until hot, then spoon 2 tablespoons of the batter into the pan and swirl to coat the base of the pan with batter. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden.

  3. Step 3:

    Transfer to a plate and keep warm whilst you make the rest.

  4. Step 4:

    For the filling spread a dessert spoon of peanut butter over each pancake then add half a sliced banana, fold over then drizzle with chocolate sauce.

    • 120g Allinson's Plain White Flour
    • 1pinch Salt
    • 2 Egg(s) (free range) (medium)
    • 300ml Milk (whole)
    •  Vegetable oil (drizzle for frying)
    • 4 Banana(s) (medium)
    • 8 tsp Proper Nutty peanut butter
    •  Chocolate sauce
